Why did they not include Calcium in this tablet, it would have been a complete package then. Better options are out there with complete vitamins and minerals.

This is a must have product for all. Its not like only workout people take this, but it can be taken by all. Many of us do the mistake of neglecting multivitamins and multi minerals. just as we focus on macro nutrients like carbs, protiens and good fats, micro nutrients are also essential for our body.

Talking about product and brand it is good and in budget. I bought on lightning deal.

The reason i gave it only 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is, I started facing digestion problems. Before taking this everything was fine by following the same diet. I was consuming it everyday 1 tablet after lunch but now consuming every 2-3 days.

Just one suggestion is before buying such products (multivitamins, fish oils, fat burner etc.) consult with your doctor, trainer and google out the product reviews on youtube, fitness forums etc. I personally do the research on youtube and other websites before buying such products.

This is amezing

Dont buy this.I use to buy this tablets for several years.But this time the tablets I got was much darker red color and soon it started showing some brown black fluding coming out of it.It looks like few of the tablets got bad and it affected the rest.Very disappointed with this purchase.Wont buy from this brand any more.
