    This new birthday cake flavor is absolutely incredible. It really reminds me of the old original Bowmar Nutrition birthday cake flavor before they changed their recipe (they can deny it all they want, but a few years ago it absolutely changed for the worse and never tasted the same). 10/10, this protein is great. As far as nutritional value, it's a protein powder. It does what it's supposed to.
