I took kesar thandai flavour it just felt like that Parle kisme toffee
And not the original kesar thandai flavour protien is quite good i got a good gains with this combined with muscleblaze bcaa gold and creatine i tried atom but it was not good I throw it i reccomend this for people are athletes and
